Key Responsibilities

•Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their financial goals and providing trusted advice across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
•Identify customer goals and tailor solutions, including planning for the future, buying a home, or opening a new credit card.
•Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking tools (apps and ATMs) and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
•Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups to match evolving needs.
•Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures and comply with state and local laws and regulations.

•Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
