•Help improve existing code quality through quality assurance practices and code reviews.
•Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to technology, algorithms, and product development.

Key Requirements

•3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in an engineering organization
•Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, continuous delivery, and modern human-computer interfaces
•Previous fintech/digital banking/payment provider experience
•Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent leadership and project management skills (remote team experience a plus)
