Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead with different stakeholders to establish a culture of technical excellence and be responsible for the success and personal growth of your team.
  • •Oversee engineering teams and their projects, ensuring they can deliver their best work by identifying and removing blockers and coaching teammates.
  • •Build robust and scalable software in Java.
  • •Help improve existing code quality through quality assurance practices and code reviews.
  • •Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to technology, algorithms, and product development.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead in an engineering organization
  • •Experience with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, continuous delivery, and modern human-computer interfaces
  • •Previous fintech/digital banking/payment provider experience
  • •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent leadership and project management skills (remote team experience a plus)
  • •BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
