Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Talabat Egypt’s on-the-ground operations, ensuring compliance, service quality, and high-performing rider base across the country.
  • •Develop and execute supply growth and acquisition strategy aligned with business demand and market dynamics.
  • •Lead long-term supply forecasting and planning to ensure full coverage and service level adherence.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle of 3PL partnerships from selection to contract renewals and performance management.
  • •Coach and develop a high-performing team of managers, seniors, and specialists across supply, 3PLs, and operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven leadership experience in large-scale logistics or supply chain, with the ability to coach and develop senior managers and specialists.
  • •Strong track record in supply planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with People, Finance, Commercial, and Product teams.
  • •Experience managing 3PL partnerships end-to-end (selection, onboarding, performance management, and renewals) and setting KPIs/SLAs.
  • •Ability to identify and launch new supply channels to diversify and sustain growth (e.g., female riders, refugees, micro-financing, e-bikes).
  • •Data-driven mindset with a focus on improving rider quality, service levels, and operational efficiency.
