Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day reliability for RTCDP services across availability, performance, and durability against SLOs
  • •Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response from SEV3–SEV1 events
  • •Operate and evolve distributed datastores, including upgrades, capacity management, backup/restore, and DR testing
  • •Build automation-first solutions for provisioning, scaling, lifecycle management, and cost optimizations
  • •Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability; establish operational patterns and SLO-driven reliability practices

Salary: USD 173,500 - 331,050 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years in SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering
  • •Proven track record operating large-scale distributed systems in production
  • •Strong foundation in datastores, reliability engineering, and automation
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and a major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
