Job Summary

Own day-to-day reliability for a global real-time customer data platform, ensuring availability, performance, and SLO adherence through on-call rotations, incident response, and post-incident improvements. Operate and evolve distributed datastore ecosystems (Aerospike, FoundationDB, Postgres, CosmosDB/DynamoDB) with upgrades, capacity, backups, and DR. Build automation-first observability and operational readiness; support emerging AI/ML Ops needs for production-ready AI services and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day reliability for RTCDP services across availability, performance, and durability against SLOs
•Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response from SEV3–SEV1 events
•Operate and evolve distributed datastores, including upgrades, capacity management, backup/restore, and DR testing
•Build automation-first solutions for provisioning, scaling, lifecycle management, and cost optimizations
•Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability; establish operational patterns and SLO-driven reliability practices

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,500 - 331,050 annually

Key Requirements

•6–10 years in SRE, infrastructure, or platform engineering
•Proven track record operating large-scale distributed systems in production
•Strong foundation in datastores, reliability engineering, and automation
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and a major cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
•Experience in incident response and driving operational improvements
