Job Summary

Serve as a single point of contact for HSBC Premier (HNI) clients, cultivating and expanding relationships while driving profit and growth through targeted engagement. Lead regular client wealth reviews, recommend tailored products and services, and cross-sell to meet financial targets. Ensure exceptional service aligned with Premier standards, maintain accurate client data using relationship tools, and uphold compliance across KYC, AML, and sanctions.

•Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing relationships.

•Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction, using client relationship management tools.
•Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines, and manage operational risk while attending mandatory training.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
•More than 5 years of relevant experience (GCB 5).
•Demonstrated success and experience in wealth products.
•Proven experience managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
•Strong technical skills in wealth management and excellent client-focused communication.
