Senior Operations Manager - Greenfield (2nd shift)

Oversee multiple reconditioning lines in Carvana’s Inspection & Reconditioning Center, ensuring production metrics for shift execution are met consistently. When the General Manager isn’t onsite, fully manage facilities to hit targets across production, cost, and quality. Identify throughput bottlenecks using root-cause analysis, drive weekly performance reviews, lead daily huddles, and support continuous improvement and employee development for Reconditioning Leads and Managers.
