Key Responsibilities

  • •Create close relationships with senior leads and teams, acting as a trusted People Partner to deliver shared objectives.
  • •Develop and drive people strategy for the area of responsibility, including performance management, talent identification and succession, org design, engagement communications, skills gaps, and workforce planning.
  • •Partner with Recruitment and business leads to prioritize, plan, and forecast roles for future growth.
  • •Drive organizational development, redesign, change, and engagement initiatives, including project management and employee communications.
  • •Analyze people metrics and risks, lead WiserPulse rollout actions, and provide advice on complex Employee Relations cases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: HUF 1,500,000 - 2,000,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of broad HR experience, including 3+ years in a strategic People Partner/HR Lead role.
  • •People partnered in a high-growth environment, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • •Experience leading initiatives with measurable impact, including project management and problem solving.
  • •Regional/multi-site experience supporting leaders and employees across geographies and time zones.
  • •Strong focus on employee relations, escalation, and strategic guidance for complex or high-risk cases.
