Job Summary

Lead cost management services for commercial real estate programs, partnering with clients and project stakeholders across the full construction lifecycle. Provide leadership to cost management teams, deliver quantity surveying, cost control, and change management, and report overall commercial status. Drive Turner & Townsend best practices, improve cost management processes and tools, manage financial performance and KPIs, and support business development through RFP responses and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cost management teams and ensure delivery across accountabilities on complex construction programs.
•Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all stages of commercial real estate and construction projects.
•Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and change management across the full project lifecycle (fit-out, refurbishment, ground-up).
•Coordinate Cost Management and Project Controls services and act as primary point of contact for commercial status reporting.
•Manage financial performance using internal systems, drive risk mitigation and KPI tracking, and develop and mentor team talent.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.
•Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering (preferred).
•Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry, including commercial real estate projects.
•Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
•Strong quantity surveying foundation, with RICS certification or working toward accreditation preferred.
