Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement basic alteration services such as hemming, patch and repair, and tapering.
  • •Perform more technical alterations requiring specialized equipment, including fitting and tailoring items beyond jeans.
  • •Provide customer service to enhance the client experience.
  • •Educate and train store teams on Tailor Shop customer offerings.
  • •Support store responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with the denim industry and current/upcoming trends.
  • •Understanding of textiles and fabrics, with skills in sewing, tailoring, and textile repair.
