Key Responsibilities

  • •Support analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities, portfolio performance trends, market share movements, yield improvement areas, and commercial productivity opportunities across CEMEA.
  • •Conduct analysis across markets, clients, portfolios, and deal performance to explain performance drivers and areas requiring action.
  • •Translate complex datasets into simple, structured, business-ready insights.
  • •Leverage GenAI platforms to accelerate analysis and streamline reporting by embedding AI-powered workflows into day-to-day processes.
  • •Create executive-ready presentations and strategic narratives to influence senior leadership decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in BFSI, consulting, sales operations, strategy, business analytics, commercial analytics, or a related field.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience working with large and alternate datasets to identify patterns and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • •Demonstrated experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power BI Copilot) to improve analytical productivity and automate workflows.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with hands-on experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
