Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper supplies and PPE are available before the day’s patient visits.
  • •Use modern technology to access schedules, commute, and manage care delivery at patients’ homes.
  • •Build a warm connection with patients while collecting relevant information and performing required services.
  • •Provide diagnostic and low acuity care such as phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs in a patient-comfortable way.
  • •Label any collected samples correctly and coordinate lab drop-off or shipment to the appropriate facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous venipuncture experience and strong commitment to customer service excellence.
  • •Ability to operate autonomously and consistently provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centric care.
  • •Technologically savvy with comfort using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training, including national certification where required, plus Basic Life Support.
  • •Reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License and proof of current vehicle insurance; ability to access patient homes and physically perform required tasks (e.g., carry up to 20 pounds).
