Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership and guidance during the integration, development, qualification, and certification of A220 electrical and lighting systems.
  • •Contribute to defining the architectural framework for electrical and lighting systems, ensuring long-term technical consistency and alignment with program objectives.
  • •Harmonize design choices across competing development projects to meet technical, operational, and certification requirements.
  • •Lead design reviews with strategic systems suppliers and certification authorities; manage, review, and technically approve key supplier deliverables.
  • •Maintain technical links with engineering departments and internal functions, deploy solutions on the final assembly line (FAL), and lead safety investigations and airworthiness maintenance projects.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in electrical or aerospace engineering or equivalent.
  • •At least seven (7) years of experience in the design, development, integration, testing and certification of aircraft systems.
  • •Expertise in system engineering, V&V, AC/DC aircraft electrical architectures, and aircraft lighting systems.
  • •Experience with DO-160 qualification and knowledge of DO-178.
  • •Experience with project and program management and supplier management for complex dossiers.
