Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions for the project.
  • •Represent the company with the client, contractors, and suppliers; negotiate scope-of-work changes.
  • •Promote technical excellence and further the Quality Improvement Process on the project.
  • •Ensure compliance with Company Health, Safety, Environment & Quality policies.
  • •Mobilize company resources to form project teams, develop budgets/schedules/plans, and monitor/report progress and risks affecting cost or schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Ocean) with 17+ years’ experience in subsea, project management, design contractor, or relevant contracting work.
  • •5+ years managing major contract engineering projects with engineering scopes over $5MM or durations greater than 1 year.
  • •5+ years managing integrated discipline teams of 20+ people.
  • •PMP certification or equivalent recommended.
  • •Excellent management and leadership skills, including coaching and developing others.
