Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and execute the aviation portion of the strategic plan to drive growth across regional airports.
  • •Build partnerships and identify opportunities, supporting cross-business line pursuits and aviation projects with major stakeholders.
  • •Lead multi-disciplinary aviation design and program/construction teams, managing projects and budgets, scope of work, and cost proposals.
  • •Develop technical and price proposals, manage scope/schedule/budget, and complete project reviews to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • •Provide leadership guidance to PMs/managers, address risk and innovation, manage staffing and personnel coordination, and lead WSP’s participation in industry events.

Key Requirements

  • •Subject matter expertise in program management and airport infrastructure design across passenger terminal, cargo and hangar facilities, APM, and airside/landside infrastructure.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction, or similar fields.
  • •15+ years of professional experience with aviation program/engineering and leadership.
  • •Strong strategic leadership with operational problem-solving for complex issues.
  • •Proven ability to lead and manage others and produce high-quality technical deliverables, with strong client-facing experience.
