Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide spa treatments to guests under the guidance of the lead therapist to ensure the highest technical and service standards.
  • •Maintain guest privacy and safety, arrive promptly according to service lists, and adhere to grooming/uniform standards.
  • •Be fully familiar with the spa software system and spa therapy team product, sales protocols, and operations.
  • •Deliver spa treatment protocols with excellent customer service, identify guest needs, and sell spa services and retail products to meet personal and budgetary goals.
  • •Assist with lead therapist needs such as product inventory and linen control, ensure cleanliness/hygiene, and support training and daily operations meetings.
