Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day inspection center operations for the reconditioning team.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, coaching, leadership development, and performance management for direct reports.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Maintain supervisory staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; execute progression and certification processes.
  • •Ensure compliance with health and safety and loss-prevention guidelines while driving continuous improvement and meeting quality, production, and cost metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to obtain project deliverables and company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
