Key Responsibilities

  • •Deepen consumer relationships by staying connected with customers, generating appointments weekly, identifying partner referrals, and uncovering consumer lending opportunities (with emphasis on real estate secured).
  • •Grow consumer relationships by managing an assigned Top 500 customer portfolio, using marketing campaigns, advocating for the Refer-A-Friend program, prospecting with research/tools, and using BUILD and BUILD 2.0 with each account opening.
  • •Protect customer privacy and security by handling privacy/security requirements, discussing NSF/OD and fee retention appropriately, following cash handling and dual control guidelines, and adhering to audit guidelines.
  • •Mitigate risk and ensure internal control compliance by delegating and overseeing responsibilities for others to learn internal controls and following FCB policies, procedures, and processes.
  • •Drive personal development and customer experience by taking ownership of growth, practicing BUILD/BUILD 2.0, staying current on digital products and internal knowledge resources, participating in peer coaching and role play, and ensuring required trainings are completed.

Key Requirements

  • •A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven track record of exceeding assigned goals and delivering high client service.
  • •Excellent communication skills with strong relationship-building ability and solutions-based sales skills in a complex, dynamic environment.
  • •Technologically savvy, including Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
  • •Register and maintain current status with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS), and hold a valid driver’s license with willingness/ability to travel regionally.
