Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs’ V.I.B.E.S service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
  • •Assist across store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on HEYDUDE product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and follow asset protection, inventory, shortage prevention, and compliance procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible work schedule with nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours; regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and perform store-floor physical demands (moving, standing, walking, climbing/descending ladders).
  • •Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information on computer/register screens and input information into computer systems.
