Field Manager, Safe and Secure

Lead day-to-day Safe and Secure operations across one or more Carvana facilities, including managing associates and technicians, setting expectations, coaching teams, and ensuring effective scheduling. Partner with facility leadership to implement enterprise safety, site security, inventory control, crisis management, and business continuity programs. Oversee vehicle exception and stolen-vehicle reporting, manage card access and gate controls, track KPIs, and provide project support to mitigate theft, fraud, and operational risk.
