Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft and negotiate agreements supporting Ebury’s business and operations with third parties and on an intragroup basis.
  • •Contribute to product design and expansion into new markets.
  • •Structure and execute strategic initiatives including refinancings, negotiations with banking partners, fundraising, M&A, and equity transfers.
  • •Advise on corporate structuring matters in coordination with the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Legal, considering regulatory and tax requirements.
  • •Support dispute resolution and day-to-day queries with Front Office, Risk, HR, Operations, and represent Ebury with clients and industry counterparts.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree.
  • •Qualified lawyer in Spain or another relevant jurisdiction.
  • •4+ years of qualified experience, either in private practice or in-house.
  • •Commercial law experience with an interest in the fintech sector and financial products.
  • •Fluent English (C1/advanced) and ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
