Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with NetOps, SRE, and platform engineering teams to tackle a hyperscale data-center network.
  • •Build a panoramic network observability platform by creating a streaming telemetry pipeline integrating gNMI, Netconf, IPFIX/NetFlow, and SNMP.
  • •Develop intelligent diagnostics and root-cause analysis using anomaly detection, correlation analysis, and noise reduction across network metrics, logs, and events.
  • •Create LLM/agent applications including a conversational operations assistant (RAG) and automated remediation with smart runbooks.
  • •Establish capacity and risk prediction capabilities and design a scalable, highly available AIOps engineering system with reliable end-to-end closed-loop actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of data center network architectures and networking protocols (e.g., Spine-Leaf Fabric, EVPN/VXLAN, BGP/OSPF), plus Linux networking stack knowledge.
  • •Strong software engineering skills in Golang or Python, including coding and system design.
  • •Experience building real-time data pipelines and analytics systems (e.g., Kafka, Flink, ClickHouse/TSDB).
  • •Experience with observability technologies such as Prometheus/OpenTelemetry and alert/event platforms.
  • •Hands-on interest in AIOps/ML/LLM practices, including RAG, tool use, and safety evaluation for operations.
