Job Summary

Build and ship AI-native, end-to-end product experiences for homeowners—helping users describe home issues, troubleshoot needs, and discover the right professionals. •Build and ship end-to-end AI-native product experiences for homeowners to describe and solve home issues.
•Collaborate with designers, researchers, and product managers to prototype, test, and launch multimodal features.
•Develop backend services and APIs for intelligent intake flows, dynamic guidance, and personalized hiring suggestions.
•Integrate LLMs and vision models into user experiences using techniques like context engineering, retrieval augmented generation, and structured memory.
•Own and improve systems that convert messy real-world inputs (photos/voice notes) into actionable insights for pros and users.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in software engineering.
•Strong passion for creating product experiences that delight users and improve their quality of life.
•Curiosity and drive to stay on top of cutting-edge technology and bring learnings into everyday work.
•Hands-on experience building with AI (e.g., side projects, coding apps, personal experiments).
•Fluency in at least one major programming language and the ability to switch between multiple languages (mainly Go, Python; mobile apps use Swift, Kotlin, Java).
