Use multi-craft training to proactively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems, including AC/DC drives and PLC troubleshooting. Perform root cause analysis, drive preventive/predictive maintenance, document work in a CMMS, and collaborate with operations to resolve abnormal equipment conditions while meeting safety and 5S standards.
