Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and comply with safety policies and set the standard for safe behavior while addressing hazards in behavior, equipment, and processes.
  • •Proactively maintain, improve, install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/equipment.
  • •Perform troubleshooting on PLC programs and, as required, modify and/or write PLC programs.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis, implement effective corrective actions, and help drive procedures/activities toward zero failures.
  • •Document maintenance activity in the computerized maintenance management system and drive preventive/predictive maintenance activities; communicate with operations on abnormal equipment conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Comply with safety policies and perform all tasks in a safe manner, identifying and reducing safety risks and hazards.
  • •Proactively maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, robotic/automation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems/equipment, including AC/DC drives/motors.
  • •Troubleshoot PLC program logic as required by the location, and modify/write PLC programs when needed.
  • •Perform thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that minimize the potential for repeat failures.
