  • •Define, execute, and monitor store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • •Build and manage the customer database to strengthen relationships and create future selling opportunities.
  • •Provide team leadership: recruit, develop, and retain talent; coach team members; monitor development plans and performance improvement documentation.
  • •Ensure operational excellence across store processes including e-commerce order SLAs, fulfillment readiness, merchandising per VM guidelines, compliance, and floor coverage using traffic data.
