Software Engineering Manager, Optimisation & Profiling

Lead Unity’s Optimisation team to improve performance across the Unity editor and engine. Drive the technical roadmap with team developers and product management, coach and mentor engineers, and direct profiling and analysis to identify performance bottlenecks. Partner across Unity to improve systems owned by other teams and help create performance tests to prevent regressions. Communicate results through documented analysis and measured performance gains.
