Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer needs, asking questions, and guiding customers to meet their financial needs.
  • •Follow up on customer questions and issues, and respond in a timely manner to maintain clear communication.
  • •Maintain customer business confidentiality and adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • •Complete monthly cash counts and assist with monthly FCA requests in collaboration with the Financial Center Manager; perform daily office responsibilities.
  • •Support customer outreach/referrals by identifying needs, referring to bankers/business partners for consultative conversations, and assist in training newly hired CSRs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Extensive cash handling experience.
  • •In-depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures to perform duties with minimal supervision.
  • •Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public and adhere to dress code guidelines.
  • •Demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, and decision-making/probable problem resolution; act as a leader and resource for customers and the platform team.
