Drive data integrity and catalog accuracy on the AppDirect marketplace, lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and protect partner/channel reputation through escalation management. Enable ISVs across channel and ecosystem needs, coordinate product launch and storefront updates, and optimize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to align co-marketing with measurable channel pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain administrative and operational health for a portfolio of ~100 ISV providers, keeping profiles, compliance records, and point-of-contact information up to date.
•Lead structured Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with top 20 ISVs, evaluating performance against channel sales targets and building joint success plans.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on how ISV offerings fit the broader channel ecosystem (technology advisors, MSPs, agents).
•Support ISVs with sales enablement assets (training, pitch decks, battle cards, technical cheat sheets) and manage escalations for operational issues and provisioning errors.
•Collaborate on MDF optimization and co-marketing initiatives, ensuring compliance with brand standards and proof-of-performance requirements to drive channel pipeline.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 94,080 - 129,360 annually

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience managing vendor relationships, channel partnerships, or digital marketplace ecosystems in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
•Deep familiarity with the indirect technology channel (e.g., TSDs, master agents, MSPs, channel advisors).
•Prior experience with subscription commerce platforms, with preference for hands-on experience navigating the AppDirect platform (catalog management, billing/provisioning, or developer portal workflows).
•Proven experience managing partner marketing programs, MDF allocations, and co-marketing budget/ROI tracking.
•Ability to prioritize effectively across daily operational hygiene for ~100 providers and high-touch strategic accounts.
