Partner with product owners, project managers, and technology teams to translate business priorities into user flows, user stories, and deliverables. Support software lifecycle development in an agile environment, including requirements definition, functional planning/design models, testing, and production support. Analyze data quality, research application performance in development and production, manage vendor backlogs, and help triage incidents to minimize impact to users.
