Process Technician

Oversee the shift schedule and support extrusion-line operations by implementing production schedules for product specifications, starting and shutting down production lines, and performing changeovers. Set and update extruder/co-extruder and related equipment settings, conduct quality control checks, perform color testing and trials, and complete scheduled line maintenance. Train/evaluate line operators and ensure housekeeping while troubleshooting problems and adjusting water bath settings to maintain efficient production.
