Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume full responsibility for contract and program performance, including strategy, execution, and compliance.
  • •Direct and oversee program activities across multiple programs and teams, including PMO, security, infrastructure, help desk, data, and BA/Test.
  • •Provide administrative and fiscal management oversight to control funds and resource utilization.
  • •Supervise technical and administrative personnel (including subordinate managers), enforce work standards, and review discrepancies.
  • •Serve as primary liaison to CMS, coordinating proactively and resolving issues across CMS, issuers, auditors, contractors, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years of senior management experience overseeing large-scale, multi-task projects in regulated environments.
  • •15+ years of experience with CMS programs, including Affordable Care Act (ACA) risk adjustment operations, RADV, audit processes, and multi-vendor ecosystems.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • •Experience supervising/managing technical personnel, enforcing standards, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality deliverables.
  • •Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and have lived in the United States at least three (3) of the last five (5) years.
