Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a 12-month FAST program with three rotations and an international headquarter experience to ramp into an FAE role.
  • •Learn to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges and maximize TI revenue with systems-level solutions.
  • •Develop scalable selling approaches across sectors/EE and improve sales processes using TI resources and automation.
  • •Gain hands-on systems engineering experience by understanding how components fit together and applying technical product selection, schematic/layout capture, PCB layout, fabrication, and board bring-up/validation.
  • •After program completion, use relationships and sales tools to identify potential projects, propose proactive system-level solutions, and influence customer part selection while positioning TI vs. competition.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • •Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • •Basic understanding of schematics and layouts for MCU and peripheral components.
  • •Knowledge of MCU internal resources (e.g., op-amps, data converters, clock, PWM, comparators, communication interfaces).
  • •Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, AWG, multimeter) plus soldering and debugging skills, and experience with MCU-related applications and an IDE such as CCS or others.
