Job Summary

Join a 12-month Career Accelerator Program with the FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) pathway to develop into a Field Applications Engineer (FAE). Rotate through Field Sales Office, Mass Market, and Business Unit/Systems Engineering & Marketing to learn customer-facing problem solving, scalable sales processes, and systems-level embedded solutions. After completion, support worldwide Sales & Applications by identifying projects, proposing system solutions, and influencing part selection.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in a 12-month FAST program with three rotations and an international headquarter experience to ramp into an FAE role.
•Learn to work directly with customers to solve technical challenges and maximize TI revenue with systems-level solutions.
•Develop scalable selling approaches across sectors/EE and improve sales processes using TI resources and automation.
•Gain hands-on systems engineering experience by understanding how components fit together and applying technical product selection, schematic/layout capture, PCB layout, fabrication, and board bring-up/validation.
•After program completion, use relationships and sales tools to identify potential projects, propose proactive system-level solutions, and influence customer part selection while positioning TI vs. competition.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
•Fluent in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.
•Basic understanding of schematics and layouts for MCU and peripheral components.
•Knowledge of MCU internal resources (e.g., op-amps, data converters, clock, PWM, comparators, communication interfaces).
•Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, AWG, multimeter) plus soldering and debugging skills, and experience with MCU-related applications and an IDE such as CCS or others.
