•Own and optimize the end-to-end vendor operations lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and performance across the marketplace.
•Lead ground-level operational teams, driving their performance, productivity, and output to meet high-quality targets.
•Design and streamline vendor touchpoints to reduce friction and improve vendor success and satisfaction on the platform.
•Own the entire support experience from design to execution, including footprint and channel strategy, and drive customer satisfaction.
•Maintain accountability for QComm Service Operations metrics and champion the Voice of the Customer to influence policies.
