Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop compelling communications and strategic communication plans for regulatory, operational, and procedural updates for flight attendants and other stakeholders.
  • •Present complicated information in a digestible way for a constantly on-the-go workforce.
  • •Film and edit short-form videos and design graphics to support communications.
  • •Identify and support communication channels and processes for flight attendants, leadership, support staff, media, and the general public.
  • •Collaborate with internal departments and support crisis and media response efforts, including on-call duties as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.

  • •Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to work with video/graphic tools (preferred Adobe Creative Suite).
