Relationship Banker

Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial goals and recommend personalized banking solutions. Drive growth by promoting and selling deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and making referrals across mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking. Support the teller line as needed to minimize customer wait times, resolve client issues, and help train new associates. Ensure compliance with bank regulations, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics.
