Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with internal and external hardware/software teams to define, develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test solutions for datacenter products.
  • •Setup, validate, and support rack-level tester platforms at contract manufacturers, internal labs, and third-party test sites.
  • •Oversee test facility design and development, including air and liquid cooling setup, and manage test facility KPIs.
  • •Plan and drive tester/server hardware and software upgrades across sites.
  • •Drive failure analysis, identify root causes, perform repairs, improve the failure Pareto, and report status with improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of proven experience in PCBA and system products validation.
  • •3+ years of manufacturing testing experience in a production factory.
  • •3+ years of facility cooling design and management; liquid cooling is a bonus.
  • •BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •Background in production test setup, failure analysis, problem solving, and ECOs.
