Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • •Review technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during project handoff and ensure milestone tracking using project management tools.
  • •Facilitate project meetings, coordinate with other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption, and act as the primary on-site contact for EESS activities.
  • •Manage project closeout, including punch lists, issue resolution, warranty handoff, and transition to ownership.
  • •Oversee financial performance via cost control and change order management; partner with District Operations on safety initiatives and mentor team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent with 10+ years progressive experience in construction management, site supervision, or project coordination, including 5+ years leading electrical/industrial/general construction projects OR a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or project management role.
  • •10+ years progressive experience leading construction delivery and managing project execution, including at least 5 years in an electrical, industrial or general construction context.
  • •Current, unrestricted driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record; role is designated as a Regular Driver per Eaton’s Driver Safety Policy.
  • •Preferred: 5+ years electrical field services experience and 5+ years managing electrical construction or commissioning projects (ideally data center projects).
  • •Preferred: PMP or Commissioning Agent Certification; proficiency with project management and construction software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ProCore); OSHA 10 & 30 hour general industry or construction certification.
