Job Summary

Serve as a pre-sales Solutions Architect on the Applied AI team, building deep technical relationships with GSIs/RSIs and cloud partners (AWS, GCP). Drive strategic partnership programs, embed with partner technical teams to enable GenAI practices, and support complex customer deal unblocking. Co-develop industry use cases and reference architectures to speed deployment, represent Anthropic at partner events, and collect product feedback to inform partner strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team, embedding with partner technical teams and serving as an escalation point for complex issues.
•Collaborate on joint solution development for high-value industry GenAI applications and codify reference architectures/best practices.
•Provide deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock strategic customer deals where partners drive delivery.
•Represent Anthropic at partner events (e.g., GSI workshops, AWS summits, industry conferences) and support developer enablement sessions and hackathons.
•Validate and gather product feedback related to partner use cases and deployment patterns, and deliver insights to relevant teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 380,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
•Proven experience partnering with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges from solution design through delivery.
•Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite and engineering/IT teams.
•Strong presentation and technical communication skills for translating between technical and business stakeholders.
•Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems; familiarity with LLM frameworks/tools or ML/data science background.
