Key Responsibilities

•Build and lead the paid media team, managing two contractors with a plan to convert to full-time hires and grow to 2–3 people within 12 months.
•Own paid media strategy and manage a $5M+ annual budget across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Google, Reddit, TikTok, DSP, and DOOH.
•Brief, steer, and hold agencies and contractors accountable for execution of the strategy and testing agenda.
•Run paid social as a primary pipeline channel by building audience strategies, creative testing frameworks, and campaign architectures.
•Stand up measurement and reporting (attribution, tagging, dashboards) and drive structured experimentation and full-funnel programs using AI optimization.
