Key Responsibilities

  • •Open new accounts and sell/process Credit Union services for new and existing members.
  • •Post deposits, process loan payments, and perform various monetary transactions while maintaining accurate account information.
  • •Research member inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner, including performing loan interviews and processing/disbursement activities as assigned.
  • •Perform Notary Services as required and help create positive name recognition for the Credit Union through member engagement.
