Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product software development team deliverables from requirements through final code delivery and SW quality.
  • •Learn the product domain and software to provide technical mentorship and identify technical gaps.
  • •Define functional and design specifications, implementation & verification plans, and participate in design reviews and code reviews.
  • •Be proficient across the software development lifecycle and contribute significantly while managing (60% technical / 40% management).
  • •Interface with multiple stakeholders and effectively work in a multi-site environment across time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •14–20 years of total work experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (CE/EE background).
  • •2–3 years of people management experience and ability to lead a team of 7–10 developers.
  • •12+ years of software development experience, including bug fixing, maintenance, continuous integration releases, and working in complex systems.
  • •Strong Java development expertise, including hands-on coding/design standards and experience across design reviews, code reviews, and coding practices (clean code, SOLID).
  • •Experience with 2+ years driving/contributing to HLD/LLD and working with large volumes of data and databases such as MariaDB and Postgres.
