Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance.
  • •Own and enhance key tools including carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, chargeback systems, and cost benchmarking engines.
  • •Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and freight spend.
  • •Provide fast ad hoc decision support with clear focus on business drivers and actionable insights (24-hour SLA).
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally and support automation efforts to deliver scalable, high-impact analytics solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 6+ years of analytics experience, ideally in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
  • •Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, Starburst, or similar) and advanced Excel; able to write and optimize complex queries independently.
  • •Power BI proficiency, including building dashboards and DAX measures from scratch.
  • •Experience solving ambiguous business questions end-to-end: scope, pull data, and deliver actionable insight with minimal oversight.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English, comfortable presenting findings to US-based leaders across time zones.
