Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and own the strategic vision for Adobe’s Cyber Threat Research & Intelligence program across tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence pillars.
  • •Lead and develop a senior team of threat intelligence researchers, balancing deep research with timely intelligence production and partner engagement.
  • •Manage the full intelligence lifecycle (collection, processing, analysis, production, dissemination) to ensure outputs are relevant, accurate, timely, and actionable.
  • •Build and manage a threat actor tracking program, maintaining profiles on APT groups, cybercriminal organizations, and hacktivists relevant to Adobe’s industry and attack surface.
  • •Partner with Cyber Threat Hunt, CSIRT, Detection Engineering, and Red Team so intelligence directly informs defensive operations, detection development, and incident response.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,700 - 306,625 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in cybersecurity with experience leading threat intelligence or threat research functions.
  • •Expertise across the intelligence lifecycle, including collection management and structured analytic techniques (ACH, Kill Chain, Diamond Model, MITRE ATT&CK).
  • •Proven ability to develop and present tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence to technical and executive audiences.
  • •Strong knowledge of threat actor ecosystems (nation-state, eCrime, and insider threats) and tradecraft for tracking and attribution.
  • •Experience operationalizing threat intelligence using SIEM, SOAR, and TIP integrations and converting intelligence into detection and defensive controls.
