Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design process by attending key design reviews and reviewing/assuring contractor testing and commissioning plans.
  • •Oversee the testing and commissioning phase for the program(s) delivered through the LIFT Program.
  • •Coordinate commissioning activities across internal and external program stakeholders.
  • •Conduct site observation surveys and prepare field reports on project status and compliance to plans/specifications.
  • •Provide executive-level performance reporting, highlight risks and mitigation, and coach/mentor staff to develop team performance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering with 4 years of relevant experience, or a diploma/certificate with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • •Typically 10+ years of professional experience in large infrastructure programs in a commissioning role, including 5 years in a management/leadership position.
  • •Demonstrated commissioning of major capital assets in a live, operational, highly regulated environment (aviation preferred).
  • •Project management experience with planning, scheduling, cost, and risk management.
  • •Thorough experience with airport testing and commissioning of mechanical, MV/LV electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls systems.
