Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Head of Customs in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and relevant government regulations for import operations.
  • •Classify imported products for U.S. customs duty purposes using the Harmonized Tariff Code of the United States and Canada.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and Harmonized Tariff classifications.
  • •3-5 years of experience with U.S. Customs, including applicable laws, legal codes, precedents, and agency rules for the footwear and apparel industry.
  • •Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access database applications.
