Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead by example and maintain professionalism while representing Amcor inside and outside the plant.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and use required PPE.
  • •Inspect products for quality standards; set aside below-standard product and alert the team leader/supervisor of quality or reject conditions.
  • •Complete assembly steps (e.g., installing gaskets, flaming containers/lids as required) and stack/pack product per customer instructions.
  • •Document production and downtime accurately, and perform assigned cleanup/interruption tasks when production is interrupted.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred.
  • •Able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • •Ability to stand for long periods and use hands to handle and control objects, with good hand-eye coordination.
  • •Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
