Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome, orient, and guide guests, escorting them through the wellness facilities.
  • •Maintain locker rooms, lounges, fitness areas, movement studios, and hydrothermal spaces to Forbes Five-Star presentation standards.
  • •Restock and monitor amenities including robes, towels, slippers, beverages, water stations, infused water, tea, and fruit stations.
  • •Monitor steam rooms, saunas, cold plunge, pools, and fitness equipment, and report maintenance concerns.
  • •Support daily operational readiness including opening/closing checklists, inventory and storerooms, and preparing treatment rooms as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, business, wellness, or related field preferred.
  • •Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, spa, fitness center, or guest service environment preferred.
  • •Forbes Five-Star or comparable luxury hospitality experience is an asset.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to welcome, orient, and escort guests confidently.
  • •Knowledge of safe cleaning, sanitation procedures, and workplace health and safety standards, with attention to detail for impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
