Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, evaluate, and track federal, state, and regional funding opportunities aligned to client priorities and capital improvement programs.
  • •Develop grant funding strategies and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to integrate funding strategies into project planning and delivery.
  • •Lead and support preparation of competitive grant applications, narratives, budgets, benefit analyses, schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • •Advise state and municipal clients on funding eligibility requirements, program priorities, and application competitiveness.
  • •Manage post-award grant administration (project setup, compliance monitoring, reporting, invoicing/reimbursement requests, and grant closeout) and serve as Project Manager for grant contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •6-10 years of experience supporting grant strategy, grant writing, grant administration, project management, public-sector consulting, or related fields.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Public Administration, Public Policy, Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Communications, Transportation Planning, Community Development, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience identifying and pursuing federal and state funding opportunities for public-sector clients.
  • •Demonstrated success preparing grant applications and funding strategies.
