Job Summary

Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery for enterprise-scale initiatives within a technology and business transformation team. Partner with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into user stories, process flows, specifications, and acceptance criteria. Analyze existing systems and data flows, support integrations across multiple applications and third parties, and contribute throughout Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including UAT and defect triage.

•Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
•Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to drive solution design.
•Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
•Analyze existing systems, processes, and data flows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
•Support and validate integration and solution designs, including API/data mapping requirements and Agile delivery activities like UAT and defect triage.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in technology-focused business analysis or related roles.
•Minimum 3 years of business experience within the Financial Services industry.
•Proven ability to gather and document complex business requirements, translating needs into user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
•Experience with enterprise-wide integration initiatives across multiple systems and stakeholders.
•Working knowledge of RESTful APIs/web services, SQL/data analysis, and Agile/Scrum with JIRA.
