Job Summary

Coordinate and manage inbound international import shipments to India and support return shipment follow-up. Track shipments from origin through delivery, provide timely status updates, and work with freight forwarders, courier partners, warehouses, and customs brokers/CHA to ensure compliant customs clearance. Partner across APAC, EMEA, and US offices and with Operations, Customer Support, and Finance to handle exceptions, monitor transit and clearance performance, and improve logistics efficiency.

•Coordinate and monitor inbound international shipments to India and ROW, including pickup, transportation, and delivery schedules.
•Track shipments from origin through final delivery and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
•Prepare, verify, and maintain import documentation; coordinate with customs brokers/CHA and freight forwarders for customs clearance.
•Handle customs-related queries, inspections, and documentation discrepancies while ensuring compliance with import regulations.
•Monitor return shipment transit timelines and clearance turnaround; identify process improvements to reduce delays and enhance logistics efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Excel, and comfort working with operational/ERP platforms.
