Job Summary

Project Manager leading mid-to-large size projects and portfolios, accountable for scope, budget, and schedules across new gas generation execution initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Define project scope and ensure complete scope definition; mentor team on PM methodology.
•Manage scope, budget, and schedule for medium to large/complex projects or portfolios; mentor others on PM practices.
•Lead project team in planning, logistics, problem solving, and processes to optimize velocity and engagement for successful delivery.
•Develop and manage project budgets, review invoices and vendor proposals, and produce forecasts to meet objectives.
•Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project value, and lead contracting strategies and change management efforts.

Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 105,100 - 204,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (PM emphasis preferred).
•Five or more years of relevant project management experience including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management systems.
•Utility experience in generation construction projects preferred.
•Proficient with Project Management tools such as Primavera, Primavera Analytics, Maximo, Oracle BI, Unifier, etc.
•PMP certification preferred; 5 years at the P3 level as minimum to be considered.
